मै फेसबूकओपेन किया तो मेरे माइंड में ख़याल आया की राजेश भाई मुंबई में रहते हैं ।उस वक्त मै राजेश भाई से बात नहीं करता था और उनका कॉन्टेक्ट नंबर भी मेरे पास नहीं था।तब मै राजेश भाई का कॉन्टेक्ट नंबर फेसबूक प्रोफाइल से निकला। तब मै राजेश भाई को कॉल किया।और मै अपना प्रॉब्लम शेयर किया। उन्होने बोला मै सुपरवायजर से पूछ कर बताहूँगा। मैने पूछा की आपलोग क्या काम करते हो। राजेश भाई ने बोला की हमलोग स्टील प्लांट में वेल्डिंग का काम करते हैं।फिर राजेश भाई ने बोला की मैं पूछ के बताता हूँ। और राजेश भाई ने कॉल कट कर दिया। 
तब मैं थिंकिंग करने लगा की जहां राजेश भाई वर्क करते हैँ वहाँ हार्डवर्क का काम है।लेकिन जहाँ मैं अभी वर्क कर रहा हूँ।यहाँ से ज्यादा वहाँ अधिक पैसा मिल रहा है। एक दो दिन के बाद राजेश भाई का कॉल आता है।और मुझे मुंबई बुलाता है मुझे मुंबई जाने के लिए पांच से दस दिन फैसला लेने में टाइम लग जाता है मेरा मन जाने का भी होता हैऔर नहीं भी.मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा था की मैं क्या करूँ।तब मै एक दो दिन के बाद मुंबई जाने का निर्णय ले लेता हूँ।तब मैं ट्रैन का टिकट बुक करता हूँ। और मैं मुंबई पहुँच जाता हूँ।
लेकिन मुंबई से काफी दूर जहाँ मैं गया था वहाँ का जहग आउट साइड और बिलकुल विलेज लग रहा था। लेकिन मुझे वहाँ का जगह पसन्द नहीं आया। मेरा मन कह रहा था। की मैं कहाँ आ गया हूँ। और मुझे अजीब सा लग रहा था। लेकिन मैं वहाँ पर वर्क के लिए गया था। और मुझे मनी का नीड था। इस लिए रुकना पड़ गया। और हमलोग एक साथ रूम में आठ लोग रहते थे।
और हमलोग के अलावा और लोग भी थे। और पूरा वहाँ पर लेबर लोग ही रहते थे। अधिक जनसख्या होने के कारण आस पास बहुत गंदगी था। बस ये था की पास में पहाड़ था और थोड़ा नुचेरल का अनुभव होता था। जब नेक्स्ट डे हुआ तो मुझे पता चला की कंपनी में वर्क करने से पहले मेडिकल करवाना पड़ता है। और मुझे मेडिकल के नाम सुनते ही डर लगने लगा। मुझे इस लिए डर लग रहा था क्योँकि मेरे आँख में प्रॉब्लम था। जब मैं मेडिकल करवाने गया तो डॉक्टर ने मेडिकल पेप्पर में अनफिट कर दिया। और मेरे साथ प्रेम भाई भी था और प्रेम भाई मेरा मेडिकल पेप्पर देखकर बोलने लगा की सेफटी में आपको नहीं लेंगे। मैंने प्रेम भाई से पूछा की भाई सेफटी क्या होता है। तब प्रेम भाई ने बताया की कंपनी में वर्क करने के लिए ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है। और मैं प्लांट कंपनी में कभी भी वर्क नहीं किया था।और सेफटी क्या होता है ये भी मुझे पता नहीं था। इस लाइन में पहली बार वर्क करने के लिए आया था।फिर प्रेम भाई ने डॉक्टर से रिकवेस्ट किया की अनफिट को फिट कर दीजिए। लेकिन डॉक्टर ने साफ माना कर दिया की हम इसको फिट नहीं कर सकते हैं। और डॉक्टर बोलने लगा की किसी दिन ये लड़का कुछ हो जाता है तो कौन जिमेवारी लेगा। मेरे आँख के कारण डॉक्टर ने फिट करने से साफ माना कर दिया।जब मैं राजेश भाई को कॉल किया था। उस वक्त मुझे बता देते की मेडिकल भी देना पड़ता है। तो मैं मुंबई नहीं आता।
तब प्रेम भाई ने सुपरवाईजर को मेरा प्रॉब्लम बताया। तो सुपरवाईजर बोला की मैं आपने सीनयर से बात कर के बताता हूँ। फिर नेक्स्ट डे प्रेम भाई ने मॉर्निंग में ही सुपरवाईजर को कॉल किया और पूछा की अनीश को वर्क करने के लिए ले आए। फिर सुपरवाईजर ने आपने जिमेवारी में और बिना एंट्री पास के मुझे वर्क पर रख लेता है। और प्रेम भाई ने और किसी का एंट्री पास मुझे दे देता हैऔर मुझे बताता है की जब भी गेट के पास चेकिंग चलेगा तो दूर से एंट्री पास को दिखाना और गेट में एंट्री हो जाना।फिर प्रेम भाई ने बताया की जब सेफटी वाला आयेंगे तो उन लोगो से दूर रहना और सेफटी वालो के पास कभी मत रहना। जिस परकर प्रेम भाई ने बताया था उसी प्रकार मैं डेली वर्क पर आताऔर उनका बताया हुआ बात को फॉलो करता।और मैं वहाँ डर-डर कर वर्क करता था। एक महीना तो ऐसी चलता रहा। लेकिन एक महीने के बाद दूसरा साइड पर एक लड़का वर्क करते-करते प्लांट में ऊपर से गिर जाता है।और उसका रीड की हाड़ियाँ टूट जाता है। और माइंड में भी चोट लग जाता है।जब उसको हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट कर दिया जाता है। तब भी ओ लड़का सीरयस कंडीशन में रहता है।
और ओ लड़का एक वीक केअन्दर उसका डेथ हो जाता है। फिर कंपनी वालो ने उस लड़के का बॉडी उनके फमैली तक पहुचाव दिए ।फिर कंपनी वालो ने हर्ड चैकिंग करवा दिए। और उस दिन से डेली चेकिंग चलने लगा। और सेफटी वालो ने भी डेली चेकिंग करने लगे।फिर कंपनी ने जिसके पास एंट्री पास नहीं है। उन लड़को को निकल दिए। उस में से एक मैं भी था। और मैं नेक्स्ट डे से वर्क पर नहीं जाने लगा। फिर मैं मुंबई में कोई कॉन्टेक्ट न होने के कारण मैं दिल्ली का टिकट बुक करवाया और मैं रिटर्न दिल्ली आ गया। ।। धन्यवाद।।

Stay away from people and never stay with safe people. I used to come on daily work and follow what was told by Prem Bhai as told by Prem Bhai.
And I used to work there fearfully. This went on for a month. But after a month, a boy on the other side, while working, falls from the top of the plant and breaks his reed's bones. Then the company people gave the boy's body to his family. Then the company people got the herd checked. And from that day on, daily checking started. And safety people also started daily checking. Then the company does not have an entry pass. Those boys were released. I was one of them. And I did not go to work from Next Day. Then due to no contact in Mumbai, I booked the ticket for Delhi and I returned to Delhi.
